Mr. Umer Yousuf (Sk Sam) FOUNDER & CASTING DIRECTOR
Umer Yousuf, popularly known as SK Sam, is the founder and owner of Our Casting Kashmir, based in Srinagar.
• He began his career in 2013 as the only casting director in Kashmir, pioneering the casting industry in the region.
• Over the years, he has promoted both established and emerging actors, helping them break into multiple film industries, including Bollywood and Tollywood.
• Umer has worked on major projects such as “Laila Majnu,” “Notebook,” “Shikara,” “The Family Man,” "Shahkot" operation valentine" "match fixing" "the diplomat", "India's bravery season 2", "Tanav", "Pellisandad","songs of paradise", and various ads and songs, collaborating with renowned casting directors like Mukesh Chhabra.
• Known for his dedication to grooming local talent, Umer is widely recognized as the leading casting director in Kashmir, with a reputation that extends internationally.
• His efforts have created a platform for young Kashmiri artists, making him a respected and influential figure in the region’s entertainment industry.

Iqra Ramzan is the co-founder and managing director of Our Casting Kashmir, working alongside SK Sam.
• As a key leader in the company, she plays a major role in its operations, talent management, and strategic direction.
• Iqra is recognized for her commitment to promoting local talent and expanding opportunities for Kashmiri actors in multiple film industries.
• Her leadership has been instrumental in building the company’s reputation as a leading casting agency in the region, supporting both established and emerging artists.
